Cancer Support

Cancer Support helps diagnosed individuals, cancer survivors, and caregivers find love, fellowship and support by providing a safe place to share their feelings and challenges and learn from others who are facing similar situations. Cancer Support is a place of hope and is centered on bringing God’s hope to patients and their caregivers, family, and friends.

Our team of commissioned lay-ministers have all completed the Our Journey of Hope® leadership training in cooperation with Cancer Treatment Centers of America. Our Journey of Hope® is the first cancer care ministry training initiative of its kind. The training gives leaders an overview of the medical, emotional and spiritual elements involved in effective cancer care ministry.

  • The importance of your personal faith to health

  • The special needs of cancer patients and creative ways to meet those needs

  • Prevention information

  • Equipping individuals with insights into the disease and into God’s word, to help you cultivate hope.
